Legacy test systems
Automated functional test systems have been around for many years, from the GPIB controlled ‘rack and stack’ systems of the 1960s, through the evolution of ATE platforms such as the Marconi System 80 and Midata 51x to our modern-day modular platforms.
Older generation ATE systems employed proprietary hardware and software, so required the support of the original manufacturer. Whilst most of these proprietary systems have been out of production for many years there are still a significant number of manufacturers who rely on them today and will rely on them for years to come.
ATE Solutions offers a range of options to either support your current ATE or to replace it with a new standardised, modular system.
