Automatic testing of vacuum sensors

We are pleased to announce that we have recently installed a fully automatic test system for testing vacuum sensors used in the automotive industry. The test system applies very small levels of vacuum to different ports on the device under test and measures that the correct electrical response is received. Faulty modules are clearly identifed.

Based on the FLEX 30 the system is installed at a major manufacturer of automotive electronics in the North of the UK.
